DazzleView Intelligence attended the 2025 High-level Policy Dialogue in East Asia

The 2025 UNESCO High-level Policy Dialogue on East Asia concluded successfully in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on June 30. This conference is themed "Artificial Intelligence Empowering the New Ecosystem of Higher Education". It is jointly organized by the Ministry of Education of Mongolia, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Communication of Mongolia, the National Commission of Mongolia for UNESCO, Mongolian University of Science and Technology (IIOE National Center of Mongolia), the UNESCO East Asia Regional Office, and the UNESCO Higher Education Innovation Centre (Shenzhen, China) (referred to as the "Innovation Centre"). Guangzhou DazzleView Intelligent Technology Co., LTD. (referred to as "DazzleView Intelligent") and over 150 representatives from relevant national government departments, higher education institutions, UNESCO and other regional and international organizations, scholars, industry experts and enterprises attended the meeting to jointly discuss the opportunities and challenges brought by artificial intelligence technology to the regional higher education system.

During the conference, the organizers set up a platform and invited representatives of technology enterprises from East Asia to gather together to showcase their cutting-edge solutions in supporting the digital transformation of higher education. Representatives from DazzleView Intelligence, Zhiyuan Software, WPS Kingsoft Office, Chimege Systems LLC from Mongolia, and Soongsil University from South Korea, among others, showcased digital education solutions with regional characteristics around core topics such as smart teaching, personalized learning, and educational equity.

 DazzleView Intelligence delivered a keynote speech on "How Artificial Intelligence Empowers the Transformation and Collaboration of Higher Education" at the conference and showcased the company's achievements in supporting innovation in higher education by building an AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) industrial ecosystem. Among them, DazzleView Intelligence highlighted the smart classroom project jointly built with the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. As one of the important practices of DazzleView Intelligence's overseas projects, the smart classroom project has made significant contributions to accelerating the digital transformation of higher education in Mongolia. This not only demonstrates DazzleView Intelligence's AI technology strength in the field of higher education, It also demonstrates that the company plays an active role in promoting the digital transformation of higher education in developing countries, and its influence in the international higher education field is constantly expanding. Its technologies and services have been more widely recognized and applied. In the future, DazzleView Intelligence will continue to provide 12 universities in Asia and Africa with three core overseas projects: intelligent software and hardware services, AI course system construction, and AI talent cultivation.

The meeting called on all parties to share practical experience and jointly formulate an action plan in line with UNESCO's "2030 Higher Education Roadmap" and Sustainable Development Goal 4, ensuring that artificial intelligence technology becomes a tool for empowering education, promoting equity and stimulating innovation. In addition, the conference has set up four major theme forums, covering: The policy framework and governance innovation of artificial intelligence in higher education, the improvement of artificial intelligence literacy of higher education workers, industry-academia cooperation and innovative partnerships, the innovation and learning integration of vocational and technical education and training, and the release of the "Action Plan for Digital and Artificial Intelligence Capacity Building and Certification of Higher Education Workers in Mongolia" and "Digital Leap in East Asia Important contents such as the "Regional Research Report on the Transformation of Higher Education".

Release an action plan

In the closing remarks, Dr. Cui Meiying, the Head of the Education Department of the UNESCO Beijing Office, Ms. Bi Xiaohan, the Deputy Director of the Innovation Center, and Mr. BOLDSAIKHAN Sambuu, the Secretary-General of the National Commission of Mongolia for UNESCO, respectively delivered speeches, emphasizing the significance of international cooperation in promoting regional AI transformation. And we are full of expectations for future cooperation. The successful holding of this policy dialogue has provided a platform for all stakeholders in higher education and vocational education in East Asia to deeply discuss the application scenarios and development potential of AI technology.

To further consolidate the achievements of the meeting and strengthen the foundation of educational cooperation between China and Mongolia, after the meeting, under the leadership of representatives from the Innovation Center, the DazzleView Intelligence team visited the Ministry of Education of Mongolia and the Mongolian University of Science and Technology respectively.

Ariunbold Jaaljav, Director of the Department of Higher Education of Mongolia, extended a warm welcome to the delegation. Both sides focused on core topics such as "Digital and Artificial Intelligence Capacity Building Certification for Higher Education Workers in Mongolia", "AI Technology Empowering the Modernization of Higher Education", and "Artificial Intelligence Driving the Professional Enhancement of Mongolia's Teaching Staff" to conduct strategic discussions. Jointly explore new opportunities for educational cooperation between China and Mongolia.

GANBAT Danaa, the director of the Open Education College of Mongolian University of Science and Technology, highly affirmed the hardware and software construction achievements of DazzleView Intelligence in the feedback on the use of the smart classroom. It also put forward expectations for new cooperation directions, laying a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation.
